Enquanto estamos discutindo no Brasil a viabilidade do 4K, formato de entregas, capacidade de armazenamento, e trabalhando para um workflow completo em ultra definição, a RED está indo além, com um sensor de 8K, chamado de MONSTRO.
Isto mesmo, o sensor MONSTRO 8K VV vai além do full frame, que são as grandes novidades a Canon Cinema, Blackmagic ou Arri; este sensor captura 8K em formato full até 60fps e 35.4 Megapixel still. Vamos então a alguns aspectos técnico da câmera WEAPON BRAIN que vem com este sensor 8K.

O preço é bem salgado para nossa realidade brasileira, por volta de $80 mil dólares, e segundo alguns especialistas, o dynamic range pode não chegar aos 17 stops, pois esta promessa já foi feita em outros modelos e não se cumpriu.
